All Services charge a minimum of $90 unless specified by Flaming Fires LTD. This includes, but is not limited to Fireplaces running or being too hot, missed appointments, Condemned Fireplaces and more.
– Flaming Fires book a week in advanced, oldest to newest so please expect at least a weeks wait. In the colder months expect at least a two week wait.
– Sweeps, Inspections and Quotes are booked As and when we are in the area. If you want a specific time and date we may charge mileage.
– We will not carry out repairs without a Fireplace Inspection first unless arranged otherwise.
– Inspections of the external Flue may be carried out from the ground level.
